We have Granted to Thomas Newby< no role >
a Lease of his Dwelling House & the House
next adjoyning in Wapping for 51 Years from
Michs 1744 when the present Leases expire at
£8.- P Ann clear Rent & to layout £600 in
New Buildings

Grant to John Barratty
& Edmd: Lardner.


We have Granted to John Barratty< no role >
& Edmd: Lardner< no role > a Lease of the House they now
hold of the Hospital as Tenants at Will near
the Hospital Fore Gate , & of the House next
adjoyning, for 15 years at £87.- P Ann clear
Rent their present House to be put into Repair
& the other rebuilt at the Expence of the Hospital
& the Lease to commence when the Building is
compleated

Remitment to George

And We have Remitted to George
Pollard
< no role > a Quarters Rent in consideration of
his Surrendering his Lease of the said House
now Rebuilding.

We have Granted to Mr Christopher
Rawlinson

late in Lease to Samuel Keep< no role > being the Field
called the Bowling Green & the Gravel Pit Field
together with some other Lands adjoyning for 5 years
& a Quarter from Christmas 1744 at £12 P Ann clear
Rent. The Tenant is to level the Gravel Pit Field
& if the Gravel dug out of it should produce more
than the Charges of levelling, The Hospital is to
have the Surplus, & the Liberty of digging Gravel
out of the piece of Ground called the Bare to be excepted
out of the Tenants Lease & reserved intirely to the
Hospital
