are of opinion that it will be for the benefit of this Hospital to
impower the Committee to grants such further termes to the said
Tennants upon such Considerations as they shall Judge proper
not withstanding the said general rule to the contrary.

We have Ordered green Staffs to be sent to the Several
Gentleman after named as Proper Persons to be Governours of

Mr. Casberds Arrears
of Rent remitted &
to hold for the future
Rent free}

And as to that part of the said Report which relates to the Arrears
of Rent due from Mr. Casber'd to this Hospital and his request to
enjoy the House wherein he now dwells rent free during the
pleasure of the Governours It is Ordered that the said arreare
of rent be remitted and that for the time to come he shall hold
the said House rent free during the Pleasure of this Court.

old Termes are within
3 Years of Expiring}

And as to the Powers which the Committee by their said Report
mention as convenient to be granted to them with respect to the
Hospital's Houses lately burnt down at St. Sepulchres without
Newgate This Court Authorizes the said Committee to treat with
and grant to the Several Tennants of the said Houses such further
Termes upon such considerations as they shall Judge for the
benefit of this Hospital not with standing the General Rule
against granting any additional Termes before the termes
in being are within three years of expiring and then the rest
of the said Report was approved and allowed by this Court And
the said Report was Ordered tobe entred in the Reportory of
the Proceedings of this Court.
