Says


lately held of this Hospitall upon Severall Leases under Severall Ground
Rents amounting to Seventeen pounds and Fourteen, Shillings P Annum
for Severall Terms of years yet to come, which are purchased in, by the
said Mr Guy, or in Trust for him for the Terme of one Thousand yea [..]
from Christmas last at Thirty pounds P Ann Tax free

Wee have agreed with Mrs: Martha Leeds< no role > Tenant by Lease for
about Nineteen yeares to come, under Mr Joyner, of Ground adjoyning
to the Hospitall Burying-Ground: That the Hospitall shall Build a
Brick Wall on her side of the Common Sewer runing between her
said Ground and the said Burying Ground at the Hospitalls Charge
of the Heighth of the Wall next Joyners Street there, for divideing the
said Burying-ground from her Ground; which Wall is to be kept [..]
in Repaire at the Hospitalls Charge, and she was to pay the Hospitall
Five pounds for her part of a Wooden Fence formerly Set up by the
Hospitall between her said Ground and the Hospitalls wch: is now demolish
But as to the said Five pounds, In consideracon of the Damage she has
received by the Ground lyeing Open for some time without a Fence
We have Agreed that the halfe of it be abated; And we have referred
it to Mr Trear to Give Orders for Building the said Wall forthwith.

Wee have agreed with Mrs. Brett Relict and Executrix of Philip
Brett
< no role > deceased for her Assigning or Surrendring to this Hospitall, the
Lease granted to her Husband, of the Cock Inn and Lands be longing
to it is Parndon in Essex , which expires at Michmas 1730. It being Judged
necessary by your Committee to lay part of those Lands to our other Farmes
there, For makeing the same more convenient, and the better Improvement
thereof: For which Assignment or Surrender we are to Give her One
hundred and Two pounds Ten Shillings.

The Business of the Steward and Matron of this Hospitall being
much Increased of late years; And they haveing discharged their respective
Duties with Great dilligence; We recomend it to this Court, That a Gratuity
of Ten pounds be Given to each of them.
