The Treasurer acquainted the Court That Sr. Thomas Abney< no role > our President
Departed this Life the sixth of February last And the Lord Mayor not being
present He recommended it to the Court to appoint a Chairman Whereupon
the Court desired Mr. Treasurer to take the Chair and he took the same
accordingly
