And we do recomene to this Court Mary Adams< no role > to be a sister in
Queeno ward in the place of Jane Tring< no role > Deced (she having bin a helpes in
Jacobs ward above four years and behaved herself very well)

And also That Joan Fenton< no role > be Assistant to the said Mary Adams< no role > in
the said ward

John Violetts< no role > grt.


And We have agreed with John Violett< no role > Wine cooper to lett him a Lease of
the Vault new built under the new wards now in building between the intended
Church and the back part of Mr. Ballans house for the terme of Five years from
Michaelmass next at the yearly rent of Eighteen pounds payable quarterly with
a Covenant not to put or lay any Combustable Comodities or goods in the said Vault dureing
the said term and other reasonable and usual Covenants in like cases
All which nevertheless we humbly Submitt to the Grave judgements and
consideracons of this Court.

And we further offer it as our Opinions for prevencon o inconveniencies
that may happen by Creating new Officers or giveing Gratuities without
due deliberacon That it be a Standing rule or Order he use forth to be observed
that no Peticon or mocon presented or made to a General Court for Creating
any new Officer or Assistant to any Officer or for giveing any Gratuity in
or for the Service of this house shall be considered at that Court but put
off to be debate and considered at some ensuing General Court Any
former Order or practice to the contrary notwithstanding Provided
That nothing herein contained shall any wais infrings or S [..] ish
the Power of the Comittee appointed and to be appointed by the General Court
for managing the affaires of the house in the Intervals of General Courts
but that they may proceed and act in every respect as formerly

Which said report being considered by this Court was allowed and
approved by them and Ordered to be entered among the Arts of this Court
and observed in all things according to the time Trent & meaning thereof

Tenements menconed in the said Report to be held by Alice Robinson< no role > &
Richard Southen< no role > as soon as the Committee this day chosen shall have other
the Possession of the same after the agreeing with the said Parties for their
