And we having pursuant to your Order of last Court & after
the Rt: Honbl: the Lord Mayor and Lord Bishop of London had
approved the Area or Scheme for the new intended to be built Church
of St: Thomas agreed for clearing the ground of the Metrrials of the
old Church and laying the Foundacons of the said intended new one
We find it very expidient that this Court please to order the taking
down two Old houses next to the Church in the passage next to high street
from the said parish the Lease of one of which held by Alice Robinson< no role >
Expires at Lady day next which pays:44s: rent P Anum & thother
which is in Lease to Richard Southen< no role > & expires at Lady day:1713:
at 44d: per Anum rent (whose interset we judge may be had on
reasonable termes) and by the taking away these:2: old houses the
said Church and Steeple will not only be much more visible & the street
enlarged to the improvement of all your other adjoyning houses but a fair
passage made to the Vault now made under the new buildings or
Wards in hand westward to the intended Church

Apothecaries
Sallary

We do further certify that in pursuance of your Order We have
considered the affaire of the Apothecary of this Hospitals touching
payment of the £30 P anum added to his Sallary dureing the Warr
And do think fitt that in consideracon of the great number of Extra
Patients hitherto kept since the War more than were before and
the dearness of some Druggs till of late the £30 P Annum be allowed untill
Christmass last And from thence Fifteen pounds thereof be taken away
and so he allowed but:£266 P Annum and no more And so are also of
Opinion that from henceforth the number of Extra patients shall not
exceed Three more many one month
