contrary to the Order in that behalfe Upon consideracon
of all which particulars The Comittee Unanimously
suspended the said Mr. Weld from his said Office of
Steward and the benefitt thereof untill the next General
Court.

And upon considracon of the Peticon of
Mr. Wm. Hughes< no role > the late Hospiter referd to the Comittee
by Order of last Court we are of Opinion that the Executrix
of the said Mr: Hughes be paid the sum of Tenn pounds
twelve Shillings so much paid by him for his Capitacon
and other Taxes Assessed upon him in respect of his said
place & the sum of Tenn pounds more be paid to her in
consideracon of his long Sickness age & poverty And we
recomend it to this Court that she takeing care to supply
the said place for this prsent quarter ending Michaelmass
next her Father dying since Midsomer she may have
allowed the quarters Sallary due to the Hospitler at Michas aforesaid

Clerk Capitacon paid


And that the Capitacon tax paid by the
Clerk be allowed him.

Also that Elizabeth [..] be permitted
to enjoy an old Tenement in St: Thomas Parish for seven
years from Lady day last at the yearly rent of Forty
Shillings she putting and keeping the same in repair
dureing the said term.

Isac Fentham< no role > our Tenant of the Coale pitts in Derby-
-shire in consideracon of Six Trees agreed to be allowed
him.
