Which said Report was approved & confirmed by
this Court and order'd to be entered amongst the proceedings
of this Court and to be Observed in all matters & things as
therein is menconed After which the said John Welld< no role > by
his peticon did acknowledge his Fault and in all humillity
beg the pardon of this Court for the said Offence & praied to
be restored to his place which this Court upon promise of
his future good behaviour in this Hospital and after a
reprimand from the Prsident was pleased to grant.

The Majority of Votes fell upon the said Mr. Turton To when
therefore this Court granted the same place with the Sallary
and other perquisits thereto belonging To hold dureing
the pleasure of this Court.
