dying since last Court The Comittee did also place
John Robinson< no role > in the said place untill the next General
Court.

Mr: Elton Surgeon
Suspended.


The Comittee on the: 18th: day of January last upon
complaint & proof That Mr: Thomas Elton< no role > one of the
Surgeons of this house had Assaulted and beaten Mr:
Simon Ridout< no role > one of the other Surgeons in our of the
Wards of this house did upon full hearing and Examinacon
of both parties Suspend the said Thomas Elton< no role > for the
said Offence from his said Office and the benefitt thereof
untill the next General Court.

St. Thomass Church
pulled down


The parish Church of St: Thomas being very much
decaied and some part thereof Fallen down and the rest
ready to drop in so much that it was very dangerous for
people to god into it The Comittee therefore did think fitt
to case the same to be demollished and have given the
Parishioners have to Assemble for divine Worship once
every Lords day in the Forenoon in the Chappell of this
Hospital untill further order.

Which said Report was approved and confirmed
by this Court and Ordered to be entered amongst the
acts of this Court and to be Observed in all mattersons
things as therein is menconed After which the
said Thomas Elton< no role > by his Peticon dit acknowledge his
Fault and in all humillity begg the pardon of this
Court for the said Offence and praid to be instored
to the exercise of his said place Which this Court
upon promise of his future good behaviour in this
Hospital and after a reprimand from the President
was pleased to grant
