Application of the
Inhabitants of Parish
of Great Parndon
Upon the Application of the Inhabitants of the Parish
of Great Parndon in Essex
Agreed
Gratuity to them
of £20 towards repairs
of the Church
To give to the Parish a Gratuity of £20 towards the
expence incurred in the repair of the Church.
Action of Ejectment instituted
agt Lord Warwick
The Clerk acquainted the Committee that Lord Warwick
not having delivered up the possession of the Houses and Ground
at Clapton he had agreeably to the direction of the Committee
instituted an Action of Ejectment for recovery of the possession
thereof which he had intended bringing to trial at the Sittings
after the present Term but that Lord Warwick had desired that
the Trial may be deposed until the next Michaelmas him to
afford him the opportunity of looking into his Title his Lordship
by his Agents declaring it to be his intention not to dispute the
Hospitals Title provided he should find he has no right to
the Premises
