That the Ground in Bermondsey hold by Mrs. Hodson
under a Lease granted to Mr. Groombridge which expired at
Michaelmas last be advertized to be let.

Houses mentioned to

Mr Harrison reported from the Committee appointed
by the Grand Committee of the 16th February last that pusuant
to the Order of such Grand Committee Notices had been given to
Mr. Hitchcock Tenant of the House late Fosters and to the other
Tenants of the Houses in St. Thomas's Street mentioned in such
Order to quit at Michaelmas last and that such Tenants had
accordingly quitted their respective houses.

Such houses to be
taken down & old
Materials disposed of


That such houses be immediately taken down and that
the old Materials be disposed of in such manner as shall be
downed by the above Sub Committee and the Surveyor most
advantageous to the Hospital

Meml. stating that
it has been necessary
to rebuild the Charity
School of St. Thos. which
had insolved the Charity
in debt.


A Memorial of the Treasurer and Trustees of the Parish
School of St. Thomas stating that by an unforeseen accident part
of the Building had given way so as to render it necessary to
be rebuilt the expence whereof and other unavoidable Expences
attending the Charity had insolved the Charity in debt.

Resolved

£30 to the Treasurer
of the charity for the
relief


That Twenty pounds be paid to the Treasurer of the
above Charity for the relief therof

The Committee not having heard satisfactorily from
Lord Warwick respecting the Houses at Clapton

Ordered

Secretary to write
to Ld. Warwicke [..]

That the Secretary do write to Mr. Compton the Tenant
in Possession thereof to acquaint him that the Hospital will
