Agreed To grant a lease to Mr John Read< no role > of the Hospital
part of a House in Botolph lane Held by him under a
lease for a term of 21 years which will expire at Michas
next at a rent of £13. P Annm for a term of 21 years
from that time at a rent of £16. P Annm clear of the Lan [..]
and all other taxes and deduction Mr Read to expend at
least £54 in repairs within the first three years of the
term to the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to
[..] at £200.

Agreed To grant a Lease to Mr John Peters< no role > of the Anne in
the Borough adjoining to the South side of the Hospital
Held by him under a lease for a term of 21 years which in
expire at Lady day next at a rent of £65. P Ann for
a term of 21 years from that time at his present rent of
£65 clear of the Landtax and all other deductions Mr.
Peter to keep the premises in repair and to insure at
£1000

The Surgery man
to reside in Sr Insr
Street free of reat
but Subject to his
Sayer of taxes
House to be repaired


Ordered That the Surgery man of the Hospital be allowed
for his residence the House in Sr Thomas's Street No 18
during the pleasure of the Committee free of rent but subject
to his payment of the taxes And that such house be put into
proper repair at the Hospitals expence

Addition to the
Brewer Salary


Ordered That an addition of £10 P Annm. be made to the
present Salary of £40. P Annm. of Richard Hooper< no role > the
Brewer of the Hospital in consideration of extraordinary
trouble to continue during the pleasure of the Committee.

to Mr Hitchcook &
Mar Tenant on Sr.
Thomas Street to quit


Ordered That Notice be given to Mr Hitchcook Tenant of the
House late Foster's the North corner of the Gateway leading
from the Borough High Street to St. Thomas's Street and
also to the Tenants of all the Houses from the same
Gateway on the North side of St. Thomas's Street to the
Chard to quit at Michael was next And Mr Te [..]
