The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 18th. day
of August last were read and confirmed.

The Treasurer reported that pursuant to the authority of the
Committee at their last Meeting he had treated with Mr Wood
for and compleated he purchase of the pieces of land at Parndon
for the price of £160.

Lease to Mr.

Agreed To grant a Lease to Mr. Morgan Gould< no role > of two Houses in
the Old Bailey hold by him under a lease to John Drummond< no role >
for a [..] of 21 years from which will expire at Midsummer 1795
for 21 years from that time at a rent of £20 P Annm dear of the
Sandles and all other la [..] and deductions Mr. Gould to expend
at least £300. in expirs within the [..] 3 years of the term to the
satisfaction of the Hospital Surveryor and to ensure at such a sum
as the Surveyor shall think necessary

Agreed To grant a lease to Mr. Joseph Stone< no role > of Pinner Park
farm in the parishes of Harrow and Little Pinner in Middlesex (held
by him under a lease to Edmund Cole< no role > for a term of 21 years which
will expire at Michalmas next a a rent of £150 P Annm for
21 years from that time determinable by the Hospital or Mr. Stone
at the expiration of the first seven or fourteen years of the term
upon twelve months notice at a rent of £250. P Annm. clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes and deductions Mr. Stone to expend
£80. at least in repairs with in the first two years of the term of the
[..] of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure at such a sum
aske shall thank necessary The Hospital to reimburse to Mr. Stone
aproportionable part of the expence, he shall in [..] in laying down
she field called Holdstone Shaw in case the Hospital shall
determine the Lease at the expiration of the first seven Years.
