of Spent last were read and confirmed

Agreed To grant a lease to Mr. Elizabeth Hellier< no role > of a House on
Pancras lane (held by her under a Lease for a term of 21 years
which will expire at Michaelmas 1792) for a term of 21 years
from that time at a rent of £42. P Annm. clear of the Landtax.
and all other taxes and deductions Mrs. Hillier to expend at
least £76. in repairs [..] the first 3 years of the term to the
satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to ensure at
£700.

Agreed To grant a lease to Mr. James Smith< no role > of a House in Cheapside
(held by him under a lease to Neville Noble< no role > for a term of 21 years
which will expire at Michaelmas 1792.) for a term of 21 years
from that time at a rent of £50. P Annm clear of the Landtax
and all other taxes and deductions Mr. Smith to expend
at least £62. in repairs within the first three years of the
term to the satifaction of the Hospital Surveyor and insure at £800.
