The Report of the proceedings of the
Grand Committee Since the last Annual
General Court was read & Sign'd by the
Committee

Order'd That a Green Staff be sent to
Mr John Lewis< no role > recmd P Mr Brooksbank

It is the Opinion of this Committee And Order'd
That it be a Standing rule in this Hospital
That every Steward of this Hospital for the
time being do lay before the Grand Comittee
at their first meeting next after every
Quarter day his Books of Receipts &
Disbursments on the Account of this
Hospital to be inspected as the Grand
Comittee shall think fit

Mr Trear acquainted this Comittee
that he had desire'd Dr Hall to Visit Mr Brown
the Steward & See what condition he is
in; and the said Dr has been with him
and is of opinion that there no
probability of his recovering his health
or capacity so as to be able to Serve
this Hospital
