And thereupon Mr JohnWhitlock< no role > Mr. William
Hussey
< no role > . & Mr JamesTaylor< no role > the Three present Tennts. of
the said Houses who Attended to make Proposals
for Leases of their respective Houses for 21 years
from Lady Day next were called in and made the
following proposalls Vizt.

Mr: Whitlock's Grant
Wapping:


The said Mr. Whitlock proposed for his House
£17. P Ann Rent Tax free and at his own Charge to
put the said House and Buildings thereunto
belonging into good and Substantial Repaire in
all the parts of it within a year from this time
and to Lay out at least in the doing thereof the
sum of £50. The Governours Building at their
Charge within the same time a New Brick Wharfe
with Camshott and Fenders next the Thames of
the like highth and goodness with those lately
Built by them to other Houses near adjoyning
belonging to this Hospital.

Mr: Hussey's Grant.
Wapping:


The said Mr. Hussey proposed for this House the
Rent of £14.10s. P Ann Tax Free And at his own
Charge to put the said House and Buildings into
such Repaire as proposed by Mr. Whitlock for his
House within the like time and to Lay out therein
the like sum of £50. at the least The Governours
making such New Brick Wharfe as aforesaid to
this House.

Mr. Taylers Grant
Wapping.


And the said Mr. Taylor proposed for his House
the Rent of £17.10s. P Ann Tax free And at his
own Charge to put the said House and Buildings into
such Repair as proposed by Mr. Whitlock for his
House within the like time And to Lay out therein
the like Sum of £50. at the least The Governours
making such New Brick Wharfe as aforesaid to this
House.

Which Proposals were severaly Approved of and
Agreed to by this Comittee And Leases were
accordingly Ordered to be made to the said Mr Whitlock
Mr. Hussey and Mr. Taylor And it is also Ordered That
New Brick Wharfes be made to the said Three Houses
with proper Camshotts and Fonders at the
