Mr. James Mills< no role > of Halys Farme by Epping
Approved of to be the person on the part of the
Hospital to Appraise the underwood left at
Parndon by Mr. Burgh.

Referred to the Parndon Sub Committee to
Give Licence if they shall Leef it to Mr Sharpe
to Lay down Some of the Land now in Tillage
at Hellions Bumpstead in Essex And to break up
the like Quantity of other Land in the Roome
thereof for such time and under such Termes
as they shall Judge proper.

London to Grant him a Lease of Two Empty Houses
in Fleet Lane aforesaid for 21. years from Lady
Day next at £10. P Ann Rent Tax Free And he is
to Layout £150. in Repairing and making good
the Foundations and Tyleing and others parts of
the said Houses within the First year of the
Terme And he is to give Security for Laying
out the said Mony accordingly. Poor Box 2s. 6d
It is Referred to Mr. Trear to set up a Lamp
or Lamps in the First Court of the Hospital as he
shall Judge proper.

Proposals for Strong's Houses in St. Thomas's
Mr. Lee Proposes £10. P Ann Tax Free & £100 Fine
and to Layout £400. in New Building of Two
Houses of Brick & Repairing the Rest within
Two years upon a Lease for 51. years.

Mr. Clarke Carpenter proposes for the same
Houses £14. P Ann Tax Free £50. Fine And to Lay
out £400. within the First 3. years in Building
of Three New Brick Houses upon a Lease for
51. years.
