in St: Thomas Parish bale pounds Come to trear for or New Lease
thereof, Whereupon til Ordered to be viewed.

Agreed and Ordered that in the Lease Granted to
Mr: John Sancky Junr . Of the Demensneo' of the Manner
of Hastingleigh and Afodlose are the County of Kent there
be Incerted A perticuler Accompt of the prsent Growth of ye
Underwoods, And that the Like be Incerted in all other
Leased to be plesdt of any of the Underwoods belonging
to this Hospitall.

The Comittee was Acquainted on the behalfe
of One Mr: Stringer That by the Will of Mr: Williams
in-1688: there was a Legacy of £10: given to this Hospll:
But that there happens A Deficiency in the Assetts, to
that not more then One halfe Of the said Legacy Can be
paid, Which he is ready to pay, If the Hospitall pleaser
a Accept it, The Consideracon [..] thereof is Referred to the
next Comittee, At which Time Mr: Stringer is Desired to Come
himselfe.

the Town of Derby Desired to Treat for a New Lease of the
Farent in Toothelse in Derbyshire belonging to this Hospitall

fitt to Tetat for it with the said Aaron Smith< no role > Ordered
that if the Comittee proceeds to Lett the said Farme
to any other then the said Smith Notice be Given to the
