Agreed & Ordered That in all Country Leases, for the future A Covents
shall be Contained That the Tenmts shall be obliged upon the Cutting down
of any Tree of Oake, Ash, or Elme in any hedge Row, or Field, to place
another Thriving Tree of the like kind as near to the place were the
other stood, as Conveniently may be, at the next Season for planning
under or propper personlly.

The Arrears of Coldham's Fine & Kent wch: were Remitted in
the last yeares Accompted Agreed to & Approved by the Comittee
amounting together to £68:16s:3d:

Mr: Trear is Desired to Take Care of Defending the Traverse
of the Comission prsentmt, about the Guilty Hold in St. Thomas's ; but
tie referred to him, to settle that matter with the Tents. if he that think
fitt in the mentioned.

Spinster to grant her a Lease of the Watermill in Meldred in the
County of Cambridge and the Closs adjoyning to the west end thereof
called Topaliffes Close and the woods of the same for 21 yrs: from Michas
next at wch: Time the old Lease Expires At ye old yearly Rent of £8:6s:
In Considn: of £90 fine whereof £50 is to be paid at Lady Day next [..]

of £200: & ansd or mounting to-£5750 and 25: yrs Arrears of Mr
Howletts Guift at £8: P Ann being-200: p And 25 yrd. Arrear of the
Hanwosted guift at 6s:15d P Ann being-156:5: And-Coppy of an Act
of Common Comittee passed £32: Eliza whatking< no role > to this St: pemises of
P Ann was Read And thereupon it was Referred to Mr. Trear to the [..]
a sub Comittee of such Governors as be shall Think fitt & property who [..]
