Upon the request of Charles Cox< no role > Esqr .
desiring that the Hospitall would order the
Repairing of the Grate in St: Thomas's ,
neare three Herring Court, the Order of
the Comittee of the 10th: Decr. last was Read
And the Matter being Debated, it was
Declared to be the Opinion of the Comittee
That it is not the Hospitalls Right to
Repaire the sd. Grate.

Ordered that Mr. Trear Mr. Malyn Mr:
Halsey Mr. Cole Major Cooke Mr. Hatsell Mr:
Corbett & Mr. Baker or any Three of them
be a Sub Comittee to Treat [..] with Mr:
Any touching his House lying in the
Front of this Hospitall, and to Report
what they doe therein with their Opinion
to this Comittee.

It is Referred to Mr. Trear to Treat &
Agree for the Letting of a Small Peice of
Garden Ground in St. Thomas's , lately
Surrendred to the Hospitall by Mr. Watchman
