which at appeared That Mr. Gee his late mother
who dyed about Three Yeares agoe, was only
Tenmt. of a small peice of Heriottable Woodland
called Dids heath lyeing in Crofter Mannor,
under [..] Mr. Venables & al:, and therefore
the Seizure of a Cow belonging to Mrs: Gee, as
for a Herriott due upon her Wall to this Hospitall, made
by our Tennt. Mr: Kickley about Three Yeares
agoe, cannot be Maintained; [..]

Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee That
he with Mr: Malyn Mr. Halsey Mr: Depty. Serecold
& Mr. Mount had been last Saturday in Previous
Wood at Orpington , and had marked out &
Sold to One Mr: Nunns, Ten & Twenty Oakes
& Nineteen Ashes for Forty Pounds, to be
paid presently, whereof he paid One Guinea
in part, He is to fell the Ash forthwith, &
the Oake as soon as the Rarke will Run
And to Cleare the Ground with all convenient
speed.

He Gave 5s: to poors Box

Ordered that a Letter be sent to Mr.
Henry Sands< no role > at Orpington to require him
for thinke to lay upon the way leading to
Sparrow Comon there, And if we done
Our Tennt. Mr. Kickley is to be directed to
doe it, and to imploy Then for that purpose,
for which he shall be Indempnified by
this Hospitall.
