Mr. Trear accquainted the Comittee. That Mr:
Underwood insists upon £2030, for the purchase
of the Farme in Great Warley, Of which at
the last Meeting with him, he informed the
Trear, 5: Acres are Coppy hold, Fine at the
Will of the Lord. Whereupon tis Ordered
that Mr: Trear may Agree to give the sd
£2030: if he shall think fitt.
