Minutes of the Generall Court as drawne
up were Read.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read &
approved.

Upon the Refference from the Generall Court
to Erect & Fitt up A Brewhouse within this
Hospll. and to give direccons for Brewing ofthree
Beer & Ale for there for use of this Hospll. This
[..] Comittee thereupon appointed
Mr. Treasurer Mr. Malyn Mr. Hassey Mr. Cole
Mr. Lillington Mr. F. Moult Mr. Joseph Mr:
Miclethwaite Mr. Green & Mr. Mount or
any Three of them Treasurer being One, to
be a Sub Comittee to Order & agree for the
Building & Fitting up the id Brew house , and
to direct the Brewing of Beer & Ale there, for
Use of this Hospll. and to provide all Things
necessary for that Service.

Mr. Trear accquainted the Comittee, that a
Workeman had been sent to pardon in Essex, &
had Sett out, 4: Oakes in the Ground called
Watershipp in Mr. Branson's possession, for
Repaires of the Buildings in his tenure. And
11: Oakes in Farnells Wood, & 5: more in the
Old EastSmithFeild, for the Use of Mr: Dorcas
Collins
< no role > to newReBuild a Barne, and 8: Oakes
more in Halvers Groves for the Use of Mr:
Skingle for Repaires. And that Mr: Collins is
likewise to have One or Two Elms, besides
Elms already Fallen and Two Old Hallow Oakes
growing by the Old Barne.
