Ordered that a View be Taken of the
House & Land held by Capt. St. Eloy at
Sunberry as desired by him at a Comittee
3: April: last, upon Wensday next, And
Mr: Trear Mr: Cole Mr: Lloyd Mr. Halsey,
Mr. Micklethwaite & Major Cooke are
desired to goe upon the sd View.

Mr. Stevens Bricklayer proposes to Take
a Lease for 51: Yeares Of the Ground lyeing
in the New Street in St. Thomas's next to
Mr. Rydoubts House, being abt. 62: fool Front
at Seaven Pounds fourteen shillings P Ann
And to Lay out Three Hundred Pounds in
New Brick Buildings within a Yeare, Two
Storeys High.

Mr. Trear accquainted this Comittee That
Mr. Smith Bricklayer had proposed to him
to give £7:14s: P Ann. for the same Ground
for a Lease of Fifty One years, and to
Lay out Five Hundred Pounds in New Brick
Buildings within three Years,

The Consideracon of which proposalls is
referred to next Comittee.

Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Comittee
That a Cold Bath be made within this Hospll:
for the Use ofthesuch poor patients, in whose
Cases the Doctors shall think it propper, And it
is Referred to Mr. Trear Mr. Malyn Mr. Halsey &
Mr. Moult or any Two of them to give direccons
forthwith for the Making thereof And also
