Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Apprroved.

Mr. Trear accquainted this Comittee That the
Sub Comittee for the New Wards in the first Court,
had Agreed with Mr. Jeffs to doe the Carpenters
Worke, and Mr: Smith to doe the Bricklayers Worke
of the sd New Wards, according to the Forme
agreed upon at the last Grand Comittee.

Mr. Sands of Orpington attended at this Comittee.
and proposed to buy the pollards growing upon
Sparrow Comon within the Mannor of Orpington
being about Eighteen in Number, and offered to
Give Five pounds for the same. And the sd
Mr. Sands being asked whether he intended to
dispute or controvert the Hospitalls Right to the
Way leading to the sd Comon, [..] which he had
for some Yeares Stopt up, and which Mr. Trear
Sr. James Collett< no role > . & Mr: Cole upon a View made
there in May last, ordered to be laid Open, He said,
that the sd Way should be continued open, and
that he had hung a Gate at the end, and
would not controvert the Hospll. Right Whereupon
his Ordered that the Disposing of the sd Pollards
be [..] deferred to another Comittee, and that
Our Tennt. Mr: Kickley have Notice to be have
with the sd Mr. Sands.

And tis also Ordered That Mr: Gee have
Notice to attend at the same Comittee, abt: the
Herriott Seized by Mr. Kickley, upon the Death of
my Lady Spencer for a Small peice of Land in
Orpington Mannor. And that the Court Rolls
be Searched in the mean time.
