Undershaft upon Leases Expiring at Lady Day 1716: at the Rent of
Five Pounds P Ann for each of the Houses held by the sd: Mr; Hay

& Mr: Tombes & Four Pounds P Ann for the Other held by the said
Mr: Richardson To Grant them New Leases of the sd: Houses as the
same are now in Lease to them respectively for 51: yeares from
the Expiracon of the Present Leases At the Yearely Rent of
Five pounds for each House payable Quarterly In Conts: of
their paying the Sume of Two Hundred Pounds each for a Fine
at the Sealing of their Contracts and of Building Three Good
& Substantial New Brick Houses within One Yeare from this Time
according to the Second Rote for Building of Houses in London
in the roome of the Sd: Old Houses

had come to a Finall Agreement of the Mrer

them And that She prayed an allowance for some small Charges
the late Trear
was at in fitting up the Garden neare the
Brewhouse in this Hospitall & planting Trees there and also
before the Door of his House looking into St. Thomas's Street
The Halfe Charges whereof He Agreed with the Parishoners to
beare, and also some small Charged that lee had paid on
Views Etc. which were not brought to Account in his Life Tune
This Comittee considering there of have left it to Mr. Trear
to make her such of the sd: Allowance as he shall think propper
