if the Hospitall would Grant him an Addicon
of Eleven Years from Lady Day last (whereby
his present Terme will be made up 51: yeares)
He will pay downe One Hundred pounds as a
Fine, And Lay out One Thousand Pounds at
the least in the Building of the sd Two New Brick
Houses, and Walling in the Gardens, instead of
the sd £600: The Timberswhereof& Walls
of which Houses shall be of the Sorts & Strength
appointed by Art of Parliamt: for the Second
Rate of Buildings in London, And the Forme
thereof according to the Draft now produced to
the Comittee & agreed to be Left with the
Clerke. And that if this proposall be Accepted
He will Give sufficient Security to performe the
same by Michas 1711:

Whereupon this Comittee having Considered of
the sd proposall, think it may be for the Advantage
of the Hospitall to Comply therewith, And Ordered
it to be Reported to all next Generall Court,
to authorize this Comittee to Agree thereunto.

Mr: Tombes & Mr: Richardson Attended about
the New Buildings in Leaden Hall Street and Mr.
Trear with One or Two Govr: (when he thinks fitt)
are desired to View & Settle the Matters in Difference.

Upon the Applicacon of Mr: Thorpe A Tennt:
Of one of our Houses in Wapping, it is Referred
to Mr: Trear & Mr. Mayo on any other Governors.
Mr TrearMr. Trear thinks fitt, to View & Settle
the Matters Complained of by Mr: Thorpe.
