Minutes of the Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

The Order relating to Bigg Bellyed Women Read & Confirmed and
the same is Ordered to be hung up forthwith in each of the Womens
Wards.

Mr: Trear acquainted this Comittee that the Burying Ground
belonging to this Hospital being full and that the Parishioners
were Afraid of an Infection in Case Wee Continued Burying there
And that A peice of Ground lyeing inSt: Thoms's Parish adjoying
to the Ground held by Mr: Norgate which had lately been used for
A Garden Plott and on which these now Stands an Old Shedd
Would be A Convenient & Propper Place for that Purpose
This Comittee there upon Ordered that it be left to Mr. Treer
to Sell and Dispose of the Sd: Shedd but whether the sd: Ground
shall be made a Burrying place is referred to the Conb: of
another Comittee.

Mr: Russell our Tennant of a House in St: Thomas's Parish
called the Cris Piano late in Lease to Charles Hopton< no role > which
Expires at Xmas 1717: attended at this Comittee & prayed on
Allowance to be made him in regard of the Charges he must
be at towards Building a Pty Wall between his House and a
Neighbouring Tenement belonging to this Hospital now in
Lease to Thomas Malyn< no role > Esqr : the Halfe Charges whereof He
is Obliged to beare by the late Act of Parliament relating to
New Buildings And this Comittee having Considered thereof
Think fitt to Order that in Cose the sd: Mr: Russell does not
Agree to renew his Lease with this Hospitall when the
same Expires He shall be allowed Five Pounds towards
the Charges of the said Pty Wall. But no Pt: thereof is to
be allowed him till the Expiracon of his Lease, or his Agreeing
not to Renew the same

The Church Wardens of the Parish of St: Thomas attended at
this Comittee about the Matter relating to the Poors Rate &
Tax for Window Lighth upon the House lately Built in
this Hospital for the Trears for the This being The
Conb: whereof is referred to another Comittee And the
Clerk of this Hospitall is forth with to State the Case
and [..] on Council for their Opinion there in.
