Referred to Mr. Trear Mr. Malyn Mr. Halsey & Mr.
Moult or any Two of them, Those Gentlemen
are now desired to take the same into their
Consideracon, and to direct the sd Bath to be
furthwith made, if they think it proper.

Mr. Trear Accquainted this Comittee, that
pursuant to the direction of a former Comittee
for Altering the Method of Dyetting the Poor
patients He had by the advice & Approbacon
of the Doctors & other persons [..] Fined
upon a New Method, the Pticulers whereof
were now Read, and well liked [..] by this Comittee
And tis Ordered that the same be put in
Practice, and if upon the Experience of 5: or
6: Weeks Tryall, it be Approved, the same
shall be Established, and the pticulers thereof
printed & hung up in the Wards.

This Comittee took into Consideracon the Refford
from the last Genell: Court relating to the House
& Lands at Sunbury , for which Capt: St. Eloy
our present Tennt: proposed to Give £230: as a
Five for a New Lease to be Granted for 21: Years
from Michas 1722: at which time the present
Lease enquiry at [..] the Old Rent of £10: P Ann

And for as much as Mr: Fryer, who proposed in
the sd Genll: Court to Give £300: Fine for such
Lease, (although Notice was given him to attend
the last Comittee & this Comittee touching his the
Proposall) hath not thought fitt to Appear
houses at either of the Comittee to Treat about
that Lease [..] and this Comittee being referred
