I duly reced yours of the 3d. Covering a Bill value £70.
on Accot. of Hinton Netherall Quet rents; when they are com-
pleted, you will please to [..] an exact his of them; have
you made any [..] gress in the Are by quet rents; there is a
Mr. Eilly a ca [..] at one, I think one Pound a year for
several Years

Gentlemen
I laid your Letter of the 25th Jany before the Grand
Committee of this day, who desire one in [..] to say that
the Subject of the [..] between the Hospital & Mr. Smith
being under the direction of the General Court they can come
to be Resolution thereon-non can it answer any card to call
a General Court till some Specific Proposal be made for their
Consideration, though their Opinion of [..] Case in clear if
rego [..] sly pursued yer as litigation is unpleasant & expences
they seemed to the [..] a General Court would Mind to [..]
Offer, but without Prijudice to either Party, if not agreed to
feb. 12. 1800

Sir
It may be proper to say that Mr Stevens has paid the rent
to Michmas last. The immediate Occasion of this is to inform
that at one Committee the 12th Mr. Way asked if the Canal Compy
had paid for a towing Path on [..] land. I had never before
to the best of my Momery heard of it. he said the deed
were drawn & [..] I think the Sum Stipulated. Will you be
so good to make some Enqucey or if it to be d [..] Mr.
Ross I send has [..] the Conveyance for the Waler Course
to the Company & they will complete it to us.

Sir
I duly reced yours of the 12th evening [..] Bill Value Thirty eight
Pounds on Accot. of Hinton Netherall Guit Rents. I also received
by Coach, the Rental & Years or Certificate; it this had [..]
together by Poet, would [..] 1/3. I as the Coach only 2/1 which puts
up as such [..] tance, that the p [..] is more than the Ca [..]
I do not know if there be any other Coach there was nearer Mr.
Cromwell will probably write you about [..] Holder &
which do about Quit rents. I have desired him to see Willing sell
& Rechetts Ally about the Informer. The next [..] may you
