I sent you a Letter deted the 26th: July last about yor:
Rent being in arrear & another of the 5th inst. acquainting you that the Govrs:
intend to hold a Court wth. you on Wednesday the 27th: inst. in order to which
a Warrant was Inclos'd for you to give Notice accordingly; but you have
not thought fit to send any Answer This is now to let you know that
a Hamper of Wine will be sent for the use of the Govrs. by Rayner's
Waggon from the Swan in White Chapple , which he is to leave at the
three Horse Shoes near Potter Street on Tuesday next, & you
are desired to sent for it from thence & keep it at yor: House.

Yesterday I reced yors. of the 12th: inst: with two Bills inclosed
one of £40..- on Mr. Atherley of Southton payble. at Mr. Chas. Ballard< no role > 's
on Snow Hill , of which Mr Ballard has had no Advise, but expects to
hear by Tuesday next; the other of £42..1..3 on Mr. Stainbank who
will not be in Town till next Tuesday. When the Bills are
accepted I will give you Notice, & when paid will place the Money,
with yor. Salary, to discharge the ½ year's Rent due from the Tibshelfe
Tents. at Ladyday last.
