Mr. Johnson has given me the Accot. you sent him of what
Trees you thought proper to be felled upon Comb Farme
& a few upon Sankeys Farme Pray therefore dispose of
them in the most Advantageous manner you can and
let me know the Persons Names you sell to & the
Quantity of Timber & the Prices And you may Shew the
Farmers this Letter if they dispute your Authority
Pray See that not only a due number of Wavers & Storers
be [..] left in the Wood now felling but that also such
of the former Storers as are thriving & like to make
Timber Sticks be left also And let not the Storers be
such as grow upon old Stamps

Shew what follows to Mr Sauke

It is the Order of the Governours of this Hospital that
you divide the Great Field according to the Covenant
in your Lease And make a very good ditch And take
care also to make a very good Hedge Which if not
found as it ought you must make it good for you
know it should have been done many Years ago
and then by this time the Hedge would have been
grown up Dated at St. Thomas's Hospl . Feb: 8th. 1727.
