I should be glad you're meet Rob Warner< no role > of Stirsford
to gas a Farme called New house & a Smaller one adjoining
called north End (& the Sign of the Bull at the house) in
the Parish of Sabridgewirth both used by Mr Hockley
to give yr judgemt. wt. repairs are [..] HarySigned C J.

Mr. Wollfreys in Alehalase Lane
Mr. Richardson writes me & does insist upon it that Mr. Wright
had a return of £52.10s. I pray your immediate Answer
whither you in behalfe of Mr. Wright's Executor Allow it
or not because the affair has been depending so long that
tis more than time it should be adjusted I am

Mr. Wolfreys refus'd to send Answer in writing
but said he had enquir'd into it & found that such
Bill had been receiv'd by Mr. Wright or some body
for him.
NB the next day Mr Wolferys own'd
the receipt of the Bill.

Mr. Wolfryes now Says he has enquir'd abt. the bill of
£52.10 & Seems to acknowledge that such Bill was sent
to Mr. Wright & the mony receiv'd by him but refus'd to
allow it under his hand saying he would make further
enquiry about itPray the refore write him again in a
pressing manner to Settle this matter absolutely & without
delay because you cannot settle your accot. with the Hospl.
till this be AgreedMr. Kettleby tells me he has acquainted
you that the bill you remitted me for the Hospll. use of
£86.- 4½ is accepted for which when paid you shall be
credited.

I am much obliged to you for your favour of the
15th Instant and beg you will be so kind as to
enquire & inform me as fully & particularly as
your can of the nature and Vaine of the Hospital
estate and what rent the present tenant pays
and what his name is and what reason he gives
for paying the rent to Mrs. Watkinson, and
Pray ask her what directions She expects [..]
