Sheweth


That your Petitioner as appears by the Copy of the
Conviction hereto annexed was on the eighth day of October
instant convicted in the Penalty of ten pounds for carrying
to sell and Exposing to Sale as in Conviction stated
Your Petitioner having on Such Conviction Extend into a
Recognizance to appeal at the present General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the New Sessions House Clerkenwell Green
but the Conviction not having been filed with th Clerk
of the Peace till after the Commencement of this present
Sessions. Your Petitioner could not prosecute the same
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that he may
be permitted to enter his Appeal and that the Recognizance
may be respited to the next Sessions
