The Humble Petition of the Chapel Warden and
Overseers of the Poor of the Fithing or Chapelry of Sidmonton
on the County of Southampton
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of sd. Henderson and
John Rae< no role >
Esquires
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County
of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) whereby
Sarah< no role >
therein called the Wife of
William Dyer< no role >
(gone from her) and her
two Children Vizt.
Charles< no role >
Aged four Years and and half and
Harriet< no role >
Aged Twelve months were removed and Conveyed from
and out of the parish of Hampton
to the said Tithing or
Chapelry of Sidmonton
as the Place of their legal Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order of the said two Justices Appeal
to Your Worships against the same, and humbly
Request that the benefit of the said Appeal
may be reserved to them and that a day may
be appointed in the next General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex
for the hearing and determining
the same And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
Hampton
be then and there ordered to attend
to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
