the said County on Monday the 28th day of
October in the Fortieth year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King

Esquire have notice of the within Appeal and that he
and all persons concerned do attend the Court here on Thursday

Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of the Court Touching
