To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St Mary le Strand in the Libertyin
the
of Westminster and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St Martin in this Fields in the Liberty of Westmr .
aforesaid

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for theCounty of Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid (one where of being of the Quorum), by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Mary le Strand That Mary Mc Namara< no role >
Spr . and herillegitimate Child named William
Mc Namara
< no role > born of her body
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St Mary le Strand
and are become chargeable to the same; we
the said Juctices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Mary Mc. Namara
to be in the Parish of St Martin in the fields
in the Liberty of Westminster aforesaid

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, the said Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Mary le Strand on Sight here of, to remove and
convey the said Mary Mc. Namara and
her illegitimate Child named William< no role >
with her for Nurture
from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary le
Strand to the said Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 30th Day of Sepr 1799
