Barnet Samuel< no role > of the precinet of Saint Katherines Tower
hill in the County of Middlesex Taylor maketh Oath and Saith that
he had preferred a Bill of Indictment against Jane Simmons< no role > and
Margaret Sinclair< no role > both of the Parish of Saint Georges in the East
in the said County of Middlesex for an Assault false
Imprisonment which said Bill of Indictment has been found
a true Bill by the Grand Jury this present Sessions, And this
Deponent further Saith that neither the said Jane Simmons< no role >
of the said Margaret Sinclair< no role > are either of them now under
any Recognizance for the same and humbly hopes this
Honorable Court will grant this Deponent a Bench Warrant
to apprehend the said Jane Simmons< no role > and the said
Margaret Sinclair< no role > , and that forty eight hours Notice of Bail
may be given to this Deponent
