Henry Copley< no role > of QueenAnnStreet Seven Dials in
the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Milkman and John Roach< no role > of Crown Court Broad
Street in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex Shoemaker [..] make Oath and say That they these
Deponents having become bound for the Appearance of the above
named Defendant William Neale< no role > at the September Session
last past at the Session house for the said County and the said
William Neale< no role > not then appearing as these Deponents have been
informed That he this Deponent Henry Popley therefore in order
to compel the appearance of the said Defendant at the present
Session and in order to get the Recognizance discharged did
some time on or about the Seventy October instant search for
and take the said Defendant William Neale< no role > and deliver
him into the Custody of one of the Officers belonging [..] the
Police Office in Great Marlborough Street in order a have
him brought into Court this present October Session but
these Deponents both further say that upon applying to such
Police Office for the said Defendant they were there informed
that the said William Neale< no role > had got out upon entering into
a fresh Recognizance for his appearance at the present Session or
to that or the like Purport or effect whereby these Deponents are
prevented bringing him into Court as they otherwise intended
to have done And therefore hope they have discharged their duty
so far as to in like them to have their Recognizance discharged
which they entered into for his Appearance at the said former
Session
