now a Prisoner
in his Majesty's Prison commonly
called the King's Bench
maketh Oath and Saith
that he this Deponent for the Space of Thirteen
months. now last past has been in Custody in his
Majesty's Goal of Newgate and in the Kings bench
prison
where he now remains confined and that he
cannot make his Defence in the above mentioned
prosecution without a very considerable Expence
which he is at present wholly unable to support.
