Ironmonger the above named prosecutor maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponment did as of this present by [..]
proper a Bill of Indictment against the abovnamed defen [..]
for Receiving certain Ironmongery Goods the property of him
Deponent well knowing the same to have seen Stolen
the same was found a two Bill againt him the said
Defendant in this prosecution. And this Deponent Saith
that to this Deponent hath received [..] notice of said form
the said Defendant [..] and having made
Inquiry with the Charactor and Situation in Life
persons proposed to be bail for the said Defendent
Depenent apprehends and verily believes that they are [..]
Sufficent And this Deponent humbly prays this Workshipp
Court that they will be pleased htro grant an and that the said
Defendant may give eight and fifty Hours notice of [..]
Bail to the above named prosecuter at his Dwelling house
or place of abode Situate and being No.1 Dowgate the
in the city of London aforesaid before the same be take [..]
