in the County of Middlesex the Prosecutor abovenamed Maketh Oath
and saith that this Deponent did in the last Session Indict the above
named Defendant for Assaulting this Deponent which said Indictment
was found to be true And this Deponent was Informed tha in the
same Session the Defendant Pleaded thereto but hath not yet given
this Deponent any Notice of Trial not hath thir Deponent been [..]
with any Notice of Trial by any other Person or Person whatsoever
on either of their Account
