Mary Brazenhall< no role > of No1 [..] Elbow Lane
in the Parish of saint Paul Shadwell in the said
County Widow , Maketh and saith that she is one of
the Bail for the Defendant,and Deponth that on or
about the day [..] of August last she this Deponent
employed one Moses Benjamin< no role > to Serve notice of trial
on the prosecution in order the Defendant might take
out her [..] and Try her Francies this Session
and their Deponant was informed and verily belives
that the said Missr Benjamin on going to Prosecution
House to serve the said notice he was very properly il
and by a person in ther House of Prosecution and was
informed prosn. was gone from home and would not
be at home before thursday meaning the fifth Day
day of September next veing a Day after Notice of
trail ought regularly be severed, Deponment on her Oath
further saith, that she was well Informed and belives
the Prosecution, kept out of the way on purpose
to Esade Justice, and was then at home on Tuesday
the 3d. Instant caused ajust notice of trail to
drawn and went with one Sussanah Fely Patrick
to serve the same but without effect and on the
smith Instant the Defends rendered on Court in
parish arge of her Bail and caused prostx
