Carroll

John Egan< no role > Clerk to Louis Iecs< no role > the Sollicitor for
the above Prosecution Maketh Oath and saith that in
Michaelmas Term last the Defendant and his Bail entered
into Recognizance in his Majestys Court of Kings Bench for
his the said Defendant Appearance at the then next General
or Quarter Session of the Peace to be held in and for the County
of Middlesex And this Deponent further Saith that he did
search with the Clerk of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
and found that the said Defendant did appear and Plead and
enter into Recognizance to try his Traverse at the General Quarter
Session held in and for the County of Middlesex in April last And
this Deponent further saith that he did this day search with the
Clerk of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex whether the
Defendant had entered his venire is Order to try his Traverse
and was there informed, he had not entered the same
