To All to whom these presents shall come Margaret< no role > the Wife
of John Beeston< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the County of
Middlesex comb makes Sends greeting Whereas a bill of Indictment
on the prosecution of the said Margaret Beeston< no role > was found against Elizabeth the wife
of William Taylor< no role > of the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone comb makes at the last
Sessions held at Hicks's Hall in the said County of Middlesex for an assault by the
said Elizabeth Taylor< no role > on the said Margaret Beeston And whereas the said Margaret
Beeston
< no role > hath agreed to drop and discontinue the said prosecution and release the said
William Taylor< no role > and Elizabeth his wife in manner as herein after mentioned in consideration
of the Costs thereby incurred having been paid to her by the said William Taylor< no role > which she
the said Margaret Beeston doth hereby confess and acknowledge Now Know All Men
by these presents that she the said Margaret Beeston< no role > Hath remised released and for ever
discharged and by these presents Doth remise release and for ever discharge the said
William Taylor< no role > and Elizabeth his wife and each of them of and from the said prosecution for
the said Assault and all corts charges and damages incurred or arising or to incus or arise
thereby and of and from all other prosecutions action and actions cause and causes of action
Suits bills plaints claims or demand whatsoever which she the said Margaret Beeston< no role > now
hath or at any time hereafter may have or claim against the said William Taylor< no role > and
Elizabeth his wife or either of them for or on Account of the said prosecution and Assault
or any other cause matter or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the World to the day of
the date of these presents In Witness whereof the said Margaret Beeston< no role > hath hereunto
at his hand and Seal the Twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord One
thousand Seven hundred and Ninety five
