endeavours to procure the said Benjamin Steinmetz< no role > to attend as
a Witness in the said Prosecution at the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County and this Deponent hopes and verily
believes he shall be able to procure the said Benjamin Steinmetz< no role > to attend
at such next Session accordingly.
