for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions
Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Alhallow's Lombard Street
in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Patrick Colquhoun< no role > and Rupert Clarke< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quarum) bearing date the twenty sixth Day of March
last 1795 Thomas Collison< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife and their Seven Children
lawful issue Namely Isabella< no role > Aged fourteen Years Mary< no role > aged twelve
Yearann< no role > aged Eleven years Sarah< no role > aged ten years William< no role >
aged Seven years Joseph< no role > aged four Years and Maria< no role > aged Eighteen
Months were removed from the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Alhallows
Lombard Street London as the last legal Place of their Settlement
by which your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and
therefore appeal to your Worships against the said Order or
Pass Warrant
