At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at theSession House on Clerkenwell Green in Guildhall in King street Westminster
thesaid County one Monday the 13th day of April in the fifth Year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the said County have Notice of this
Appeal and that they all Persons concerned to Attend this Court at
the Session Houseaforesaidat Clerkenwell in the said County on Thursday the 16th day of April Instant April
at Nine o Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
