MIDDLESEX .

AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street , Westminster, in the said County on Monday in
the 1st Week next after the Close laster to wit the Thirteenth Day of April in the Thirty fifth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , Hammond Crosse< no role >

Esquires , and other's their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the same County. That Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Tuesday
the Fourteenth day of the same Month of April at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the Said County,
and that at the Same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the Fourteenth Day of
Aprilin the Year aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Wednesday the Fifteenth Day of the same Month of Aprilat the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the peace, being holden by Adjournment afore
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in the for the said County, on the said Wednesday the
Fifteenth Day of April in the year aforesaid before the said Justices of our
said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellow aforesaid. That Session of the Peace
is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others
their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Sixteenthday of the same Month
of April at the Hour and Place last abovesaid, And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Sixteenth Day of April in the Year aforesaid before
the said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea in the
said County Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth
that by virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the Hands and seals of the C. J. Kerby and H.J.
Pye Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace acting in the for the said County (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the twentieth day of March last past Saint Timothy Johnson< no role > was
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the said County
to the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea as the place of his last legal settlement whereby
the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises. IT IS
ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed and the said Order of the said two Justices
is hereby vacated and fet aside; And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea do forthwith convey and deliver
back the said Timothy Johnson< no role > (together with a Copy of this
Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Timothy Johnson< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law;
