To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George the Martyr in the said County

Sheweth

That by an order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
Henry James Pye< no role > and James Pettit Andrews< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof is of
the Quorum) bearing date the 5th day of March last Thomas Kusick< no role > was
removed and conveyed from and end out of the Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
George the Martyr as the place of his last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Order of the said Two Justices Appeal to your Worships
therefrom and humbly pray that you will be pleased to hear
them in the premises and order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster may appear before you on a certain day the
appointed to hear and white the judgement and determination
of your Worships touching the said, Appeal
